Sales Management Position
QuinnCom, a well-established Jupiter based Professional Web Design Company, is seeking full-time Sales Manager. If you are Motivated, Dedicated, Ambitious, and want more; then send us your resume.
This person is to have experience in Web Design Sales and Internet Marketing and also fully understand key aspects of the Web Development industry.
Since 1994, QuinnCom has been designing and programming award winning websites, and has one of the best portfolios in South Florida. QuinnCom has won several awards for our high-end web designs and is looking for a new team player to join us. This position is for immediate hire. We work with companies ranging from Fortune 500 Clients to small mom and pop shops.

Successful candidates will have experience selling via telephone, be comfortable with a fast paced, sales environment and have a proven record of closing deals. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: managing all active clients, following up on leads, promptly calling prospects, presenting our services property, setting appointments, closing the sale and managing it from beginning to end.
This position requires:
- Must have excellent negotiation skills, positive can-do attitude, and a passion for sales and working with a design team
- Ability to work well on your own with no supervision
- Thrives in Commission Driven sales environment
- Ability to create achievable goals and reach them on a weekly basis
- Requires excellent written and oral communication skills
- Be able to update Social Media websites of ours
- Ability to develop and maintain business partnerships for medium sized businesses

- Timely and professional customer interaction (both verbal and written).
- Ability to prioritize tasks, stay organized, and make details a high priority even in tough situations.
- Keep a updated sales spreadsheet of active sales
- Effective communicator, placing extreme importance in developing and maintaining customer relationships.
- Teamwork is highly important. You will be working side by side with Designers and Developers along with other sales members to accomplish a project.
- Highly motivated and aggressive money maker
- Must be able to handle large work load in fast paced environment

We do require that you have a minimum of 3 years’ experience. This offer is for an in-house Sales Manager ONLY.
Office Hours are Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm - hours flexible. There is room to grow within this position. Guaranteed Base plus High Commissions, Overrides, Bonuses and more. Our volume is fantastic and we have consistency grown for the past 18 years of business. Last year was our record year and we are ranked the 5th largest web design company by South Florida Business Journal two years in a row. We provide leads from our website as well as existing clients. We offer many features to our customers, from Award Winning Website Design, to Internet Marketing, to Mobil Apps. We have a full service art/tech department ready to serve and get projects taken care of quickly. We are willing to train. This positions potential is up to $100,000 a year by your third year.

Web Designer Position

We are looking to have someone start within two weeks, so please apply only if you are local and ready to start working. We are not willing to relocate or use freelancers for this position.
You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying new and existing websites.
*** Please include at least five websites that you have designed and developed on your own.

PHP Developer / Designer with MySQL Experience Needed
QuinnCom, a well-established Jupiter, FL based Professional Web Design Company, is seeking a full-time PHP Web Developer to join our award-winning team. Since 1994, QuinnCom has been designing and programming award winning websites, and has one of the best portfolios in South Florida.
This full-time position calls for 40 hours a week. This is for in house only please.
We are looking to have someone start within two weeks, so please apply only if you are local and ready to start working. We are not willing to relocate or use freelancers for this position. If you can start right away, that would be a perfect fit.
You will be responsible for programming, developing, and deploying websites on the servers. Designing sites would be a great plus as well, but not totally needed for this position. Managing and backing up servers are required.

The Web Developer or Designer is a technical person on all aspects of web site user interface from web development, testing, implementation and even some design would be nice. Experienced with tools and products including open source E-commerce and CMS such as Magento, OpenCart and WordPress; Apache web server; Ensures web sites and applications are tested and conform to established styles, are securely coded. Working on all browsers…
Job Duties:
- Technical web development using tools and platforms listed above
- Client interface for web development
- Server Maintenance / Back Ups
Skills Required:
Web development skills on a Linux, Apache, MySQL and PHP stack, which include but not limited to: HTML, CSS, PHP, CGI, XML, Java Script, XHTML, Adobe Creative Suite, and MySQL database. Secure web site coding. Some Classic ASP would be nice or .NET but not needed.
